MISSION
Sovel Italia believes in an increasingly connected and sustainable world, in which infrastructures enable the connections of people and objects, always and everywhere, in order to generate long-term value for the community and all its stakeholders.
In 2024, the company build its lighting system more efficient, through the replacement of 60 ceiling lights with LED technology, this allowed for energy savings of approximately 2160 W, equal to almost 50% less than the consumption of previous lighting fixtures.
Plans for CO2 emissions reduction: starting from April 2024, Sovel Italia in collaboration with Kinto Join, has launched a carpooling service for its employees, thus promoting more sustainable mobility and at the same time reducing the environmental impact regarding the daily movements of employees. Through this initiative, approximately 2467.99 kg of CO2 and 4559.38 g of NOX were avoided.
Refurbished PCs
Sovel Italia supports the circular economy by purchasing refurbished devices, reducing its environmental impact and promoting sustainable practices.
Waste Reduction and Digitalization
Sovel Italia has reduced the use of paper-based documents in favor of digital files, improving operational efficiency and reducing environmental impact.
Car Park
Sovel Italia is converting its vehicle fleet to more efficient models and has installed electric charging stations.

From 2024 to 2025, Sovel Italia is actively committed to promoting the culture of blood donation among its employees. Thanks to a precious collaboration with the Santobono Hospital in Naples, a point of reference for pediatric care in Southern Italy, we contribute to ensuring adequate blood availability for young patients. This initiative, the result of the solidarity of our collaborators, strengthens our attention to the well-being of the community and the value of mutual help.
